Help with your phone, tablet, or computer.
I’m Ron. I help people in 55+ communities with ordinary problems: texting, photos, FaceTime and Zoom, Wi‑Fi, email, passwords, printers, and calls or messages that might be a scam.
You can find me at a free table in the clubhouse, book a visit at home, or get help by phone or video. A son, daughter, or other family member can book and pay for you.
Free help at the clubhouse
This is called the Tech Table. I set it up in the clubhouse on a regular day and time. Bring the device and sit down with me. About 10 minutes is free. You do not have to sign up or pay.
If the problem will take longer than that, I will say so. You can book a paid visit, or stop there.

How to book
Email hello@techhelp.now. Say where you live and what you need help with. I will write back to set a time.
If you are booking for a parent or another family member, send the same email. Include where they live, what they need, and how to reach you. You can pay from wherever you are. You can also be on the phone during the visit if they want you there.
For the activity director
The Tech Table is free for the community. I need a table, two chairs, and a short note in the newsletter or on the bulletin board. I will complete the vendor paperwork you require, including insurance, a background check, or a W-9.
We can try it for four weeks. If residents are not using it, we stop. Anything past about 10 minutes is booked with me directly, at the prices above, so it does not become work for your staff.

What I don’t do
- I don’t repair cracked screens or recover lost files.
- I don’t log in to bank accounts or money apps.
- I don’t keep your passwords.
- I don’t provide caregiving.
- I don’t call you out of the blue. If someone calls, says they are TechHelp, and asks for money or a password, hang up.
Where I’ll be
Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley for this season. After that, 55+ communities in the Coachella Valley. Help by phone or video continues after I leave an area.
